Prerequisite
| | If the signer wants to sign the documents using Aadhaar eSign, all they have to do is enter the valid Aadhaar number and the OTP will be sent to the registered phone number associated with the entered Aadhaar number.

Working functionality
|
- The signer needs to choose eMudhra from the dropdown list box at the top-right corner of the signing page.
- The eMudhra credentials needs to be entered to finish the signing process in eMudhra.

- The signer needs to choose Aadhaar eSign from the dropdown list box at the top-right corner of the signing page.
- The Aadhaar eSign window will open, where the signer needs to enter the Aadhaar number, then click the Get OTP button.
- Enter the OTP and click Perform eSign to finish signing the document.

When to use each integration?
|
- eMudhra integration will be accessible to those signers who have completed the eKYC process.
- This integration will be helpful for the signers who have huge volumes of documents to be signed, or for signers who have documents to be signed at regular interval of time.
| Aadhaar eSign is helpful to those signers who have very limited documents to be signed.

What is the cost of signing a document?
|
- The registration process for eKYC will be free of cost.
- However, to enable eMudhra license with Zoho sign, 100 Zoho sign credits are consumed for each user / year.
- With that license an unlimited number of documents can be signed
| Signing each document consumes two Zoho Sign credits.

From the signed document, how do I know which methodology is used for signing?
|
- Check the signed document for a visible signature.
- The text eMudhra eKYC eSign by will be visible where the signature is present.

Who are eligible to use the integration?
|
Signers who have Zoho Sign account can sign the documents using this integration only if the signer has finished the eKYC process as laid out by eMudhra.

No registration process is required. The signer must have an Aadhaar number and access to the associated mobile number to eSign the document.
