What is Quick Navigation?

Quick Navigation is a search-based panel in Zoho Sign that lets you jump to any page or feature directly — without scrolling through the navigation pane. 

Why use Quick Navigation?

Finding a specific feature or page can take extra steps when you're navigating through menus. Quick Navigation removes that friction. Whether you're mid-task or just getting started, you can reach the page you need in seconds — keeping your workflow uninterrupted.

How to use Quick Navigation

You can open quick navigation from anywhere within the app in two ways: either select the Quick Navigation icon at the top right corner of your Zoho Sign dashboard or press Command + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows) on your keyboard.

To navigate to a page or feature:
  1. Open the Quick Navigation panel using either method above.
  2. Enter the name of the page or feature you want to reach. Matching results appear as you type.
  3. Select the result from the list.
  4. You will be automatically redirected to the selected page or feature.
