Zoho Sign integration with HubSpot

Available only in Enterprise edition

Zoho Sign is now available in HubSpot, a complete CRM platform that has all the tools required for marketing, sales, customer service, and content management. This integration can help users send and track Zoho Sign documents without leaving HubSpot.

Prerequisites

  1. A valid HubSpot account
  2. Enterprise edition of Zoho Sign
  3. Sufficient Zoho Sign credits(5 credits/document signature request)


Installing the Zoho Sign app in HubSpot

  1. Click the Marketplace icon in the top right corner and select App Marketplace.
  2. From the HubSpot App Marketplace search bar, search for Zoho Sign and select the app.
  3. Install the app by clicking the Install app button.
  4. You will be redirected to a new tab where you will be asked to install the extension. Click Enable.
  5. Click Authorize and enter your login credentials for both Zoho Sign and HubSpot. Then click Complete Installation.

How to send a document from HubSpot

  1. Select a contact to find associated documents and their status under the Zoho Sign menu.
  2. Click Actions and select either Documents or Templates from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Send to select a particular document or template.
  4. Enter the recipient details and click Send to send the document or template for signature.
