Zoho Sign integration with Pipedrive

Zoho Sign now integrates with Pipedrive, customer relationship management software that helps small and medium businesses to manage their sales pipeline. This integration can help sales team to directly send documents required for signing to any contact stored in Pipedrive without switching multiple tabs. 

For example: When a new lead is added to Pipedrive, the sales representative can send a non-disclosure agreement from this extension to the client directly.This will help them to save time, serve more clients or prospects, and deliver great customer experience. 


Prerequisites

  1. A valid Pipedrive account
  2. Enterprise edition of Zoho Sign
  3. Sufficient Zoho Sign credits (5 credits/document signature request)

Installing the Zoho Sign app in Pipedrive

  1. Click the Marketplace icon from the left navigation pane
  2. Click See All.
  3. From the Pipedrive App Marketplace search bar, search for Zoho Sign and select the app.
  4. Install the app by clicking the Install now button.
  5. You will be redirected to a new tab where you will be asked to install the extension. Click Allow and Install.
  6. Click Authorize and enter your Zoho Sign credentials. Click Complete Installation.
  7. Click Accept to complete the installation.
  8. Click the Pipedrive button to be redirected to the Pipedrive home page.

How to send a document from Pipedrive

  1. Click the contacts icon from the left navigation pane.
  2. Click the contact's name to open the contact's window.
  3. From the Zoho Sign panel on the left, you can either send a document from Pipedrive, or select a template.
  4. Enter the recipient details and click Preview, after which, Zoho Sign will be opened in a new tab, where you can preview the template and send it out for signature.
  5. Once the document is uploaded to Zoho Sign, click CLICK HERE TO PROCEED to open Zoho Sign in the adjacent tab.
  1. To upload documents in Pipedrive, click Files and drag the files or select from your local storage.
  2. The uploaded template/file can be found in under Draft.
