Zoho Sign integration with Zendesk Sell
Available only in Enterprise edition and in US data center
Zoho Sign now readily integrates with Zendesk Sell, a customer relationship management solution that helps the sales team of all sizes and types to maximize productivity and boost revenue. With Zoho Sign's extension for Zendesk Sell, you can send documents for signatures in real time and track their status directly from your Zendesk Sell interface.
This integration will be helpful to your sales team, who manage sales, work on different sales strategy, track every single lead's status, send sales order or other sales related documents in a seamless workflow, and offer a better customer experience.
Prerequisites
- A valid Zendesk account
- Enterprise edition of Zoho Sign
- Sufficient Zoho Sign credits (5 credits/document signature request)
Installing the Zoho Sign extension in Zendesk Sell
- In the left navigation pane, click Settings, then click Apps under Integrations.
- Click Marketplace and search for Zoho Sign for Sell by OApps.
- Click Install.
Setting up the integration
- Select a contact.
- From the right navigation pane, click the Zoho Sign for Sell by OApps icon.
- Click Enable to authorize both Zendesk and Zoho Sign.
- Upon successful authorization, click Complete Installation.
How to send a document or template from Zendesk Sell
- From your Zendesk Sell dashboard, click on Contacts from the left navigation pane.
- Select the desired contact. in the contact information page, from the right navigation pane, click Zoho Sign for Sell by OApps.
- Here, you can find the option to either send a document for signature or send a template for signature.
Send a document for signature using the Zoho Sign for the Zendesk Sell extension
- Click Documents for Signature. Select the document and click Next.
- You will be automatically redirected to the Zoho Sign page where you can add additional settings, if needed.
- Once you're done, click Continue.
- Insert the document fields and send the document for signature.
- Refresh your Zendesk Sell dashboard to track the document's status.
Send a template for signature using the Zoho Sign for Zendesk Sell extension
- Click the Templates for Signature dropdown and select a template you have already created in Zoho Sign.
- You will be redirected to the Zoho Sign page automatically, where you can click Continue if you wish to view the document and add additional fields, or choose Quick Send.
- Refresh your Zendesk Sell window to track the status of the document.

All the templates you have created in your Zoho Sign account will be listed on the Templates for Signature page.
Tracking documents sent from Zoho Sign's extension for Zendesk Sell
You can track the document status in two ways:
From the Zendesk Sell dashboard
- Select the contact. In the contact information page click Zoho Sign for Sell by OApps.
- Here, you can find the status of all the documents and templates sent out for signature.
- Select the document. You will be redirected to Zoho Sign's document status window.
From the Zoho Sign dashboard
- Hover over Documents in your Zoho Sign dashboard and click In progress.
- Select the document and you can track the document's current status, along with additional reminder, save, and edit options.
