Signing Credit Notes in Zoho Inventory

Zoho Sign's integration with Zoho Inventory allows users to digitally create, sign, and send credit notes anywhere, at any time. This enables businesses to resolve adjustments in billing, reduces manual errors, and ensures a seamless experience for both the businesses and their clients. 

Prerequisite steps to digitally sign a credit note using Zoho Sign with Zoho Inventory

  1. Set up your user profile and e-signature in your Zoho Sign account.
  2. From your Zoho Inventory dashboard, click Settings.
  3. Navigate to Customization and select PDF templates.
  4. Under Templates, click Credit Notes.
  5. The saved PDF templates for credit notes will appear to the right.
  6. Click Edit under the desired template.
  7. Click Other Details, check the Signature checkbox, and set up your signature on the signature wizard.
  8. Click Save.



Signing an credit note digitally using Zoho Sign with Zoho Inventory

  1. If you are creating a new credit note, fill out all the details, then click Save and Sign from the action menu at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Alternatively, open the drafted estimate from the Invoices module from the left navigation panel under Sales.
  3. Click on the actions menu and select Sign Credit Note.
  4. Click Sign Credit Note in the pop-up to confirm your signature in the signature preview.
  5. Verify the digitally signed credit note and click Send Credit Note.
