Prerequisites

Integrating Zoho People with Zoho Sign 

1. Log in to Zoho People.
   
2. Click on the Settings icon  in the top-right corner of the screen.
   
3. From the Setup page, navigate to Integration and select Zoho.
   
   
   
   
4. On the Integrations page, find the Zoho Sign integration.
5. Click the Configure button.
   
   
   
   
6. If you already have a Zoho Sign account, the integration will be enabled immediately.
7. If you are new to Zoho Sign, you will be redirected to the Zoho Sign signup page to create an account.
   
   
   
   
8. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the account setup process.
   
9. You will be redirected to Zoho People's integrations page. You can see the Zoho Sign integration enabled for you there.
   
   

Get documents signed using Zoho Sign

1. Select the Files tab in Zoho People. 
   
2. Under E-Signature, click on Documents.
   
3. From the dropdown menu at the top of the E-Signature Documents page, select Zoho Sign.
   
4. Click the Send for signature button.
   
   
   
   
5. On the Send for signature page, upload the document that needs to be sent for e-signature.
   
6. Enter the recipient email addresses. If you want to send a copy of the document to anyone, you may enter their email address as well. 
   
7. Enter the document name and a message if you would like to add one.
   
8. Select an existing folder or add a new folder for this document.
   
   
   
   
9. Click on More Options to set the expiration date, add a reminder, and use the Automatic Website Redirection feature. 
   
   
   
   Note: Only users with a Zoho Sign Enterprise account will be able to use the Automatic Website Redirection feature.
10. Click the Send button.
    
    
    
    
11. From the Edit document details window, verify that the details are correct, and click Continue.
    
    
    
    
12. Drag and drop the required fields.
    
13. Click Send.
    
    
    
    
14. In the Confirm details pop-up, verify the information click the Confirm button.
    
    

To send forms to employees

1. Click the Settings icon.
   
2. From the Setup page, navigate to Customization and select Forms.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the required form. The form should have File upload and Email address fields.
   
4. Under Form Properties, check Enable Zoho Sign.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the ellipses, and select Preview Form.
   
   
   
   
6. Upload the document from internal or cloud storage, and close the form.
   
   
   
   
7. Click on Organization in the left navigation panel, and select Employee.
   
   
   
   
8. Select the employees that the file should be sent to for e-signature.
   
9. Click the Send for signature button. 
   
   
   
   
10. In the Send from section, select Form.
    
11. Select the file to be sent and add the recipient email addresses. 
    
12. Select an existing folder or add a new folder for this document.
    
13. You can set an expiration date and a reminder if needed.
    
    
    
    
14. Click the Send button.
    
    

Steps to use Zoho People Mail Merge

1. Click on Organization in the left navigation panel, and select Employee.
   
2. Select the employees that you need to send the file to for e-signature.
   
3. Click Send for signature.
   
4. In the Send from section, select Mail Merge.
   
5. Select the respective template from the dropdown list.
   
6. Fill in the required details.
   
   
   
   
7. Click Send.
