Checking the status of documents in Zoho Projects
Available in all Data Centers and in all plans.
Users can check the statuses of all the documents that have been sent for signature using Zoho Sign in Zoho Projects.
How to check the status of documents in Zoho Projects
- From the left navigation pane, under Overview, click Issues / Tasks.
- Alternatively, from the left navigation pane, click Projects. Open the relevant project.
- Click on the relevant task/issue. You will find the Zoho Sign extension installed in the Extensions bar towards the right.
- Under Attachments/Documents, you will be able to view the documents that have been sent out for signature with the label Zoho Sign for Zoho Projects. You can preview, download or delete the document from here. Note that you must be the document owner or have the necessary document visibility permissions in Zoho Sign to perform these actions.
- Click View associated documents in the Zoho Sign extension. Click the dropdown to filter and view the documents under specific stages of the signature workflow.
- Click on the document to find the details of the signature request, whether the document request has been mailed, viewed or signed. Note that you must be the document owner or have the necessary document visibility permissions in Zoho Sign to view the detailed signature request.
- Click on the icon next to the document name to view the entire document request details in Zoho Sign.
