Sending documents for signature on Android
- Click the + icon at the bottom of your home page.
- Select the document from the files on your device or scan the physical copy of the document.
- Add your desired number of files to the document, tap next, then choose the Send for signatures option.
- Enter the recipient details, set the recipient action, enable the authentication code, add a private note to be sent with the documents for the recipient to view, and tap Done at the top of your screen.
Note : You can add a maximum of 40 files to a single signature request. The size of individual files cannot exceed 25 MB and the overall size of the document cannot exceed 40 MB.- You can add up to 25 recipients and fill in all the additional details.
- Select the desired form fields to your document and confirm the number of form fields added for each recipient to complete the process.
Note : There must be at least one field for every recipient added to the document as a signer.
