Tracking documents on Android
Track the documents you send or receive via Zoho Sign.
Tracking sent documents :
- To view the list of sent documents, tap on the menu icon at the bottom-left corner of your home page and navigate to sent documents.
- To check the status of the document, tap on it.
- Edit the document as new, upload the signed document, and recall or download the document accordingly.
- Alternatively, you can swipe the specific document from the list to the left to download, recall, or email the document to recipients, and to send remainders to recipients.
- Tap on the filter icon at the top of your sent documents page to filter the documents by in progress, completed, declined, expired, draft, or trash.
Tracking received documents :
- To view the list of received documents, tap the menu icon at the bottom-left of your home page and navigate to sent documents.
- To view the document, tap on it. Using the actions icon, view the document summary.
- Email the document to yourself, download the attachments in the document, and download the document accordingly.
- Tap on the filter icon at the top of your received documents page to filter the documents by pending, completed, or trash.
