Managing Your Zoho Sign Account on Android

Updating Your Profile

Manage your profile details and set up your electronic signature by following these steps:

Tap on the menu icon at the bottom-left corner of your home page and hover over your profile.
Tap on the edit icon and add your signature (type, draw, or upload), initial, stamp, company name, and job title.
Choose your preferred date format from the dropdown menu and tap ✔ to update your profile.

Manage settings

Configure additional features from the settings tab to increase the efficiency of your app.

Account Settings	Sending options: Configure default settings for request validity, reminders, recipient authentication, and OTP delivery modes. You can also choose how you want the unique ID to be included in the documents and manage who receives the completed documents and the Certificate of Completion as email attachments. Recipient experience: Set recipient actions, such as assign to someone else, skip signing, download signed document, email document, and manage who can view the attachments uploaded by the signer while signing the document. Application preferences: Enable Scroll automatically to the next field to display indicators next to the signer fields that need to be filled to prevent unnecessary scrolling across the document.
General	Privacy policy: Read here to learn more about the information Zoho collects and controls. Clear cache: Clear the cache occasionally to protect your information and help our application run better. Terms of service: Read here to learn about the legal agreement between you and Zoho Sign.
Privacy and Security	Enhance security: Enable this option to lock Zoho Sign immediately after you exit the app. Share usage statistics and share crash reports: Share your usage statistics (for example: features accessed), and crash reports (crash logs) with us to help us enhance the application's performance and app stability. Your data will be sent anonymously to us and will never be shared with outsiders.
Trial Plan	Use this option to upgrade your subscription plan
Themes	UI mode: Switch between the light and dark mode, or set your theme based on your device settings by selecting System Default.

Uninstalling the app

To remove Zoho Sign from your device:

Log out from the application by selecting settings in the menu icon and tap the log out option at the end of the Settings page.
Access Zoho Sign from the Play Store.
Tap Uninstall.

Once the application is uninstalled, all your Zoho Sign data on the device will be removed.
