Sending documents for signature on iOS
- Tap on the nib icon in the app's home page.
- Upload your document by either scanning the document, or uploading it from your photo gallery, from Zoho WorkDrive, or or from your internal storage.
- Tap Next, then choose Send for Signatures.
- Tap the Add Recipient button to add recipients.
- If you are using the app for the first time, a pop-up will be displayed requesting access to your address book to add contacts directly to the ap. You can either choose Do not allow or OK.
- Add the recipient details, such as email address, name, recipient action, and authentication type, select your preferred recipient language, then tap on Done.
- On the other details screen, you can set document validity period, agreement validity, document type, folder, automatic reminder interval, and add a description. Tap Next to proceed to the document viewer screen.
- On the document viewer screen you can add fields like signature, initial, stamp, name, sign date, and more by dragging and dropping the required fields on your document.
- Tap Send after adding all the required fields, confirm the details you provided and tap the Confirm & Send button.

Note : Zoho Sign supports all common document types, such as PDF, JPG, JPEG, DOC, HTML, ODT, PNG, TXT, DOCX, RTF, HTM, XLS, XLSX, TEX, and SXW.
The maximum size limit for individual files is 25 MB and for combined files it is 40 MB. You are allowed to upload up to 40 files.
