On the homepage of the Zoho Sign iOS app, you can toggle between Need your Signature and Out for Signatures. Switch to Need your Signatures to access the documents that require you to sign, or to Out for Signatures if you want to track the documents that you sent out for signatures.

Need your Signature 

1. On the Need your Signature screen, look for the documents that need your signature.
   
2. Tap All Received Documents to open the Received Documents screen where you can find all the documents that were sent to you, sorted by the date they were received on.
   
   
   
   
   
3. You can apply filters such as All, Need your Signature, Completed, Trash by tapping on the filter icon at the top-right corner of the screen, if you want to narrow down the documents displayed in the Received Documents screen.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Tapping on a document takes you to the document viewer screen.
   
   
   
   
   
5. Tap the ellipsis icon on the top-right corner of the screen to access the document information, email the document, add to Siri shortcuts, or delete the document.
   
   
   
   
   
6. Tap  to share the document with others, or to save a copy of the document to your internal storage.
   
   
   

Out for Signatures

1. Switching to Out for Signatures lets you access the documents that you sent out for signatures.
2. Tap All sent Documents to open the Sent Documents screen.
   
   
   
   
   
3. You can apply filters like All, Out for Signatures, Completed, Declined, Draft, Expired, and Trash with the filter icon at the top-right corner, if you want to narrow down the documents displayed in the Sent Documents screen.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Tapping on a document directs you to a screen where you can find information like, recipient status, and document details.
   
   
   
   
   
5. At the bottom of the screen of a completed document you can find the following options.
   
   
   
   
   
6. Certificate - View the Certificate of Completion. You can choose whether to download or share this with others.
7. Mail - Email the document to others.
8. Activity - Access the complete activity history of the document.
9. More - Find options to rename your document, edit it as new, add it to Siri Shortcuts, or delete it.
