Signing received documents on macOS

If you are an existing Zoho Sign user, you can sign received documents from the Zoho Sign app.

To sign documents directly from your Zoho Sign app:

Click Need your signature under Received documents on the left of the Zoho Sign dashboard.
Select the desired document.
Click Start Signing in the top right.
Click Agree to accept the given terms and conditions.
Click More Actions in the top right if you don't wish to sign the document right away but are looking for alternative options.
Otherwise, fill out all the input fields in the document viewer page to sign the document.
Click Finish to complete the signing process.
To view all your received documents, click Completed under Received Document from the left of the Zoho Sign dashboard.
