Zoho Sign allows organization administrators to manage notifications at an organization level and allow users to modify notifications based on their requirement.
Go to Settings on the left side of your dashboard and select My Notifications from the dropdown menu.
Set the toggle option to ON to receive notifications.
Click Save once you are done with your notification preference.

We now support notifying recipients based on the admin and document notification settings. To do so:
Go to Settings on the left side of your dashboard and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Click Organization notifications.
Scroll down and you will find Notify other recipients via email.
Once the email ids are entered, click Save.
