Email Notifications

Zoho Sign allows organization administrators to manage notifications at an organization level and allow users to modify notifications based on their requirement.

Customizing notifications at organization level

  1. Go to Settings on the left side of your dashboard and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
  2. Click Organization notifications.

 

Customizing notifications at user level

Zoho Sign offers organization users to modify notifications based on their individual preference. To do so:

  1. Go to Settings on the left side of your dashboard and select My Notifications from the dropdown menu.

  2. Set the toggle option to ON to receive notifications.

  3. Click Save once you are done with your notification preference.



Notes
Users cannot enable a notification, if it is already disabled by the organization administrator.

Notifying other recipients via email

We now support notifying recipients based on the admin and document notification settings. To do so:

  1. Go to Settings on the left side of your dashboard and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

  2. Click Organization notifications.

  3. Scroll down and you will find Notify other recipients via email.

  4. Once the email ids are entered, click Save.


Notes
You can add up to three email aliases from your organization's user list or configured email alias.
