My Profile

View your Zoho account details and the subscription plan associated with the current website.

To view your profile:
1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

2. View your account details, including your profile name, email address, and user ID. 
Step 2.
3. To view or manage your site plans, click Subscriptions. 
Step 3.
4. Under Subscriptions, view the subscription details for all websites in your account.
Step 4.
5. Select one of the available tabs to view websites based on their subscription status:
    • All Sites: View all websites associated with your account.
    • Free Sites: View websites that are on the Free plan.
    • Trial Sites: View websites that are currently in the trial period.
    • Paid Sites: View websites that are associated with paid plans and their subscription details.

6. Use the Search box to find a website by its site name, site ID, or plan.

7. Use the Status action bar to check websites by their subscription status. The available status options vary based on the selected tab.

8. Review the subscription details for each website, including:

    • Site Info: Displays the site name and Site ID.

    • Plan: Displays the current plan and any associated add-ons.

    • Created By: Displays the email address of the user who created or purchased the site plan and the relevant date.

    • Renew / Expiry: Displays the renewal or expiry date.

    • Status: Displays the current subscription status.

    • Action: Provides options to manage the subscription based on its current status.

9. In the Action column, select the available option for the required website:

    • Manage: Manage an active website subscription.

    • Renew: Renew an expired subscription.

10. Follow the instructions in the Zoho Store to complete the selected subscription action.

The account details displayed in My Profile are common across Zoho Sites. The subscription information displayed depends on where you access My Profile:

  • When accessed outside a specific website, Subscriptions displays the subscription status of all your websites.

  • When accessed within a website, Subscriptions displays the plan and add-on details for that website. If the website is eligible for an upgrade, you can also upgrade its plan from here.

A newly created website is initially available under a Trial plan. After the trial period ends, the website is moved to the Free plan unless you upgrade it.
