Publishing Settings

The Publish Options tab lets you control how website content is published and whether pages follow a draft and review workflow.
You can configure the following options:
  • Allow publishing pages, files and folders separately: Allows you to publish individual pages, files, and folders independently for faster, incremental updates.
  • Enable draft state for pages: Allows you to save pages as drafts and publish them when they are ready. Draft pages remain hidden from visitors and are not published when the website is published at the site level.
  • Enable page review before publish: Requires pages to be reviewed and approved before they are published.
    To configure publish options:
    1. Open the required website from the My Sites page.

    2. Click Configurations in the left sidebar.

    3. Click Site Options.

    4. Click the Publish Options tab.

    5. Enable or disable the required publishing options.

    6. Click Save.

    The publishing workflow is updated based on the selected options. Pages can be published when their status is set to Ready to Publish. Enable the options given.
