Create and manage webhooks

Create webhooks and use them to automate notifications. Learn more.

Create webhook

To create webhook:
  1. Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.
  2. Select Webhooks under Automation.

  3. Click the +Webhook button. The creation form will appear.
  4. Enter webhook name, URL, and description.
    1. The webhook URL should always begin with http:// or https:// or www.
  5. Select the required module, trigger event, request type, and method. Learn more.
  6. Enter URL parameters and request headers.
  7. Click the Save button. The webhook will be created and added to the listing page.

Edit webhook

To edit webhook:
  1. Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.
  2. Select Webhooks under Automation. The listing page will appear.
  3. Hover over the required webhook. The Edit link will appear.

  4. Click the Edit link. The update window will appear.
  5. Make changes.
  6. Click the Update button. The changes will be saved.

Delete webhook

To delete webhook:
  1. Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.
  2. Select Webhooks under Automation. The listing page will appear.
  3. Hover over the required webhook. The Delete link will appear.
  4. Click the Delete link. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
  5. Click Delete. The webhook will be deleted.
NotesNotifications will stop being triggered once the webhook is deleted.

View webhook logs

You can view and track all the successful requests that are made. The webhook logs will be available only for the requests made the previous five days.

To view logs:
  1. Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.
  2. Select Webhooks under Automation.
  3. Select Webhook Logs. The logs listing page will display all the successful requests.

View failure logs

You can view and track all the failed requests that are made. You can retry up to 5 times. Your webhook URL will be suspended after five consecutive failed attempts. After which you need to reactivate the suspended URL. Failure logs will also be available only for the previous five days.

To view failure logs:
  1. Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.
  2. Select Webhooks under Automation.
  3. Select Failure Logs. The logs listing page will display all the failed requests.
  4. Hover and click the Retry link to send request.
