1. Select one sprint at a time and view the items and their status.
   

1. Select All active sprints option to view all the active sprints and their progress.
   

1. Apply swimlanes to group items based on the selected swimlane criteria.
   

1. Move items across status to update status.
   

1. Create new items on the board.
   

1. Associate existing items to the board.
   

1. Start a group chat to initiate closed group conversation.
   

1. Navigate to the sprint details page.
   

1. Expand and collapse to view or hide status.
   

1. View total item count and their estimation points.
   

1. View WIP limits to access maximum and minimum number of items distributed across statuses.

View sprint on board

1. Open the required project.
2. Go to the Board module.
   
   
3. Select the required sprint from the Sprint dropdown. Enter sprint name to find it. 
   

Apply swimlane

1. Go to the board module.
2. Select the required sprint from the Sprint dropdown. The sprint will appear on the board.
3. Click the Swimlane dropdown.
4. Select a swimlane criteria. The items on the board will be organized as swimlanes with the criteria as header for each lane.
   Note:
1. Click the expand and collapse icon to view or hide swimlanes.
2. Click the story, task, or bug icons to view the respective work items in a swimlane.
3. Select Show Empty Lanes to to include them in the view.

Move items across the board

1. Go to the Board module.
2. Select the required sprint from the Sprint dropdown. The sprint will appear on the board.
3. Drag and drop a particular item from one status to another.
4. Alternatively, you can update the status from the item details page.

Note: You can create custom statuses for your items. Navigate to the Custom Status on the Settings page.

Create new items

1. Go to the Board module.
   
2. Select the required sprint from the Sprint dropdown. The sprint will appear on the board.
   
   
3. Click the Create button. The Item creation form will appear.
   
4. Enter the item details.
   
5. Click the Create button. The item will be added to the sprint on the board under the selected status.
   

Associate existing item

1. Go to the Board module.
2. Select the required sprint from the Sprint dropdown. The sprint will appear on the board.
3. Click dropdown on the Create button.
   
   
4. Select Associate Item. The Associate Items window will appear.
5. Select the required sprint and epic (if applicable). The items will be listed.
6. Select the required items.
7. Click the Associate button. The item will be added to the sprint on the board under the respective statuses.

Start a group chat

1. Click the ellipsis icon. Select Zoho Cliq under Extensions. The Create Group window will appear.
   
   
2. Enter group name.
3. Add participants.
4. Click Create. The group will be created.
5. Use this group to start a conversation.

View sprint details

1. Click the View Sprint Details link. A pop-up with information on the sprint will appear.
2. Click the More Details button. The details page will appear.
