Access custom module

Access Custom Module  

Based on the type of custom module, you can either access it from within the Global module section or from within the Project.

Access Global module  

This module can be accessed by any users added to the workspace.
  1. Sign in to your Zoho Sprints workspace.
  2. Click the respective Global module under the Global Modules headers on the left navigation panel. The respective global module will appear.

  3. Click the Create button at the top right corner to add new records to the module. 

Views in Global module

There are three views in the Global module. While My View and Team View are the default system generated views, Custom View lets users create their own views to view only those records based on their requirement.
 
My View: View your own records within this view.
 
Team View: View other users' records (if you have the necessary permission) within this view.
 
Custom View: Create a custom view based on your requirement by a adding filter criteria.

To create a custom view: 
  1. Navigate to the respective Global module.
  2. Click the dropdown beside the Create button at the top-right corner.
  3. Click the Custom View option.
    The Custom View creation form will appear.
  4. In the Create New View form, enter the View Name and other required fields.
  5. In the Access Type field, you can choose to keep the view Private or Public.
  6. If the Access Type is set as Private, you can choose to share it with other users using the Share with field.
  7. Click Create

You can separately view each type of custom view records under Private, Shared, or Public tabs under the Custom View of the Global module.

Access Project custom module  

When you have created project specific module, you can access this custom module only from within the respective module.
  1. Navigate to Zoho Sprints.
  2. Select the required project.
  3. Click the more icon .
  4. Select the required custom module from the module list.
