Release dashboard

The release dashboard provides a dynamic understanding of data in your release with the help of graphical charts and stats.

The following charts are available on the epic dashboard:
  1. Release item status
  2. Associated sprints
  3. Work item count
  4. Billable and non-billable log hours.
  5. Approval of logs
  6. Planned vs completed release items
  7. Planned vs actual progress
  8. User activity
  9. Sprint activity
  10. Epic activity

View dashboard

To view release dashboard:
  1. Go to the release module of the project.
  2. Click the required release. The release details page will appear.
  3. Select the dashboard tab to view dashboard.

Associated items

  1. Track your release items by their status.
  2. Hover to view the completion percentage in each status.
  3. View the status by item count and estimation points.
  4. Click the ellipsis icon to expand or export the chart.

Associated sprints

  1. Track the sprints that are associated with the release.
  2. Hover to view the status of the sprints and the number of associated sprints.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon to expand or export the chart.

Item status

  1. Get the count of your release items by their status.
  2. Hover to view the count of items in each status.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon to expand or export the chart.

Billing status

  1. Track billing status and billed hours.
  2. Hover to view the number of billed and non-billed hours.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon to expand chart and export it.

Approval logs

  1. Track approval status of the log.
  2. Hover to view log hours and approval status.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon to expand chart and export it.

Planned vs completed release items

  1. Compare the planned progress of items with the actual progress of items.
  2. Follow the comparison based on the item type.
  3. View the progress by item count or estimation points.
  4. Click the ellipsis icon to expand chart and export it.

Planned vs actual epic progress

  1. Study the progress of your release by comparing the planned vs actual release progress.
  2. Follow the comparison based on the item type.
  3. View the progress by item count or estimation points.
  4. Click the ellipsis icon to expand chart and export it.

User activity

  1. Assess the release with the help of information on user activity.
  2. View activity or all users or assigned users.
  3. Track items by their status and view them by count of estimation points.
  4. Click the expand icon to get an expanded view of the chart. 

Sprint activity

  1. Monitor the daily activities in the sprints associated with the release.
  2. View the completion percentage of the sprints and their duration.
  3. Click the expand icon to get an expanded view of the chart.

 Epic activity

  1. Monitor the daily activities in the releases associated with the release.
  2. View the completion percentage of epic.
  3. Click the expand icon to get an expanded view of the chart.
