User dashboard

The user dashboard provides a dynamic understanding of data of a particular user with the help of graphical charts and stats. You can navigate to the details page of workspace user, vendor users, or client users to view the respective dashboards.



The following charts are available on the user dashboard:
  1. Item completion
  2. Points collected
  3. Velocity meter
  4. Sprint, status, item, and priority progress

View dashboard

To view user dashboard:
  1. Open the required project. The project backlog will appear.
  2. Hover over the info icon. The view details button will appear.
  3. Click View Details. The project details page will appear.
  4. Select project, client, or vendor users tab.
  5. Select a user to view the user details page.
  6. Select the dashboard tab to view the dashboard.
Alternatively, go to the Manage Users section under Settings and go to workspace, client, or vendor users section to view users and their details.

Item completion

  1. Track the user's item completion percentage with remaining items.
  2. View completed and remaining items for the user.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon to export the chart.

Points collected

  1. Evaluate the users progress with the points the user has achieved.
  2. View points collected and points remaining.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon to export the chart.

Velocity meter

  1. Use the average points achieved against the total number of completed sprints to assess user's activity.
  2. Track the points collected across sprints.
  3. Hover to view the points in each sprint.
  4. Click the ellipsis icon to export the chart.

Overall progress

  1. Assess user's progress using sprints, items status, item type, and item priority progress.
  2. View progress by item count or estimation points.
  3. Hover to view count of items or estimation points.
  4. Click the ellipsis icon to expand or export the chart.
