Azure DevOps is a platform from Microsoft that offers a DevOps tool for developing and deploying software. If you have Azure DevOps account, you can easily import the projects in it to Zoho Sprints in a secure manner. Your Azure DevOps projects can be transformed into an agile scrum project on Zoho Sprints.
Note:
- You can import projects from Azure DevOps organizations that you own
- You can import only up to 5 projects at a time
- You can process a single import at a time
- You will receive an notification after the import is complete
Import data
To import from Azure DevOps:
- Click the gear icon at the top-right corner. The settings window will appear.
- Click Project under Imports.
- Select Azure DevOps.
- Obtain Personal Access Token from Azure DevOps.
- Enter the Access Token.
- Select the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions.

- Click Authorize. The authorization will be validated.
- Select the required Azure DevOps Organization. The projects in that organization will be listed.
- Select the projects to be imported. You can import up to 50 projects in one attempt.

- Click the Import button.
When a project is imported, you'll receive an email and feed notification and then the next project import is initiated. This goes on until all the projects are imported. You can access the imported projects from the Projects tab in Zoho Sprints.
You can access the projects and manage them as agile projects.

importing the projects, the inline attachments added to item description, comments, and sprint comments also get downloaded.
When an import of five projects is initiated, and due to some reason, the third project fails to import, the following projects to be imported will also fail. Once the issue is resolved, you can reinitiate the import process for the failed ones.
Generate access token in Azure DevOps
To generate access token:
- Enter your credentials and login Azure DevOps account.

- Navigate to the Security in the top-right corner.
- Select Personal Access Tokens.
- Click New Token to create a new personal access token for Zoho Sprints.
- Enter Name.
- Select Organization as All accessible organizations.
Note: If you do not select this option for Organization, the authorization will fail. - Select Scopes as Graph (Read), User Profile (Read), Project and Team (Read), and Work Items (Read).
- Copy the Access Token from Azure DevOps and paste in Zoho Sprints.
- Click the Authorize button.
