Import Objectives and Key Results

Import OKR from file  

Import your offline managed OKR into Zoho Sprints and organize them using the Import OKR option. Zoho Sprints supports XLS, CSV, and JSON file formats, making it simple to migrate your data into a structured format.

Use case 

Manually maintaining a file for objectives and key results of a project in your system becomes a chaos when you have a lot of projects. Associating those with the respective projects and their entities helps in achieving the goals without any commotion.  

Import your OKR file into Zoho Sprints to link them with your projects and pave a way for your projects to achieve their goals smartly. You can import your OKR with just three simple steps. Easily upload your file and transfer the OKR data into Zoho Sprints.

Import OKR  

You can import your OKR into Zoho Sprints just with three simple steps.
  1. Upload your file.
  2. Map data in the file.
  3. Initiate import.

Step 1: Select and upload file   

To upload file:
  1. Click the gear icon at the top-right corner. The Settings window will appear.
  2. Select OKRs under Imports.
  3. Click the Upload your file link to search and locate the file.
  4. Click Open to upload the file.
  5. Now, click Import. The file will be selected to import. Next, you will be redirected to data mapping.

Note: You can download a sample XLS, CSV, and JSON file to try out importing.

Step 2: Map data  

You need to map data in the file to the OKR fields to enable smooth transition of data from your system to Zoho Sprints.
 
Map the following data:
  1. OKR ID
  2. Title
  3. Users
  4. Start date and End date
  5. Status
Once the mapping is done, click the Continue button to import the OKR.


Step 3: Initiate Import 

Once you've completed the data mapping for the fields, click Continue. The import will be initiated. The process might take some time but you will be notified once the import is complete. You can check out the completion status in your feed and activity stream.
