- Create a layout for the work item with the custom fields available in Trello for the data to be mapped correctly.
- The system auto-populates the data in custom fields in Zoho Sprints with the equivalent custom field in Trello in the field mapping screen.
- The picklist options of both Trello and Zoho Sprints should be the same to avoid data mismatch. For example, if a picklist field in Trello has options A, B, and C, the same picklist options must be available in the mapped Zoho Sprints picklist field.
Import members from Trello as workspace users
- Select the Boards to be imported.
- Click Map Fields & Import.
- In the field mapping screen, switch to the Users section. Each Trello member can be mapped against a user in Zoho Sprints.
Note: By default, the system tries to auto-populate the user field using the user name. - Once done, click Continue and Proceed to import.
