Why can't team members access my sprint board?
Your team members cannot access the board if they aren't associated with the sprint. You have to add the members to your sprint to access the board.
To add users to the sprint,
- Navigate to Boards or Backlog and click on the sprint name.
- In the ensuing sprint details page, click + at the right panel.
- Select Sprint Users from the dropdown.
- Select the users to associate to the sprint and click Add.
The selected users will be added to the sprint and can access the sprint board.
