How to request for access?

The permission requestor option will allow users to easily raise a request to access a project, workspace, sprint, or item that they are not part of. This is efficient for users to join the respective workspace or module in a hassle-free manner.

When the users gets the error screen stating that they cannot access the required sprint, project, or item, the users are provided with the appropriate request button to send the request to the approver directly. The approver gets notified of the permission request. The approver can either approve access or reject access based on the existing project requirement. Once approved, the user will be notified of the approval and will obtain access.

The image below shows the screen from where the user or the requestor can raise the request for access by clicking the button.



The notifications related to the requests and approvals are delivered to the respective approver through the notification tab and emails. The approver will have the Approve and Reject buttons within the notification window and can complete the process easily.

Similarly, the requestor will also receive approval and rejection notifications.
