View feed and activity stream

Feed and activity stream are consolidated for the entire workspace. It is a single platform to get updates on all your projects. You can view all the latest announcements and updates right within the feed. The activity stream enables you to track even the smallest update in your project date-wise. You will get notified when there is a new update or if you are mentioned in a status or work item. 



To view feed:
  1. Login to Zoho Sprints.
  2. Click the Feed option on the left navigation panel. The feed will appear.
    1. This is a collapsible panel, so expand if it is hidden.
  3. Select the required project from the dropdown.
  4. Use the view filters to view select feed.
You can perform the following on feed:
  1. View notification: Get notified when there's an update. Click the bell icon to view all your notifications.
  2. View item updates: Whenever an item is modified, that activity gets listed in the feed. Click the Item to view details.
  3. Post comments: Collaborate with your project users and share your thoughts as comments on your feed. Type a comment and click Add.
  4. Mention users and items: You can mention users and items in your status and comments. For example: Helen wants to mention John (@Johnm) in one of her statuses, she just uses the '@' to mention john. He would be notified on the status update. Just type #i<item number>, if you want to mention the item ID SP-I21 - you can just mention #i21.
    1. You can use " #I " to mention the item ID in your status and also in the comments section across the project.
    2. You will receive an email notification if you are mentioned in a comment. You can view the details only if you are a member of the sprint.
  5. Attach files: Attach files to your comment. Just drop files and select and upload files. click. You can also see a preview of these attachments.
  6. Specify notification preferences: Enable or disable the notifications on mobile and web app. This is a project level setting.
    1. Click the bell icon in the right navigation bar.
    2. Click the gear icon to view notification preference setting.
    3. Enable or disable notifications for the required projects.
      Note: When disabled, the users can still view the updates and activities on their individual project feed.

View activity stream

To view activity:
  1. Login to Zoho Sprints.
  2. Click the Feed option on the left navigation panel. The feed will appear.
    1. This is a collapsible panel, so expand if it is hidden.
  3. Select Activity Stream.
  4. Select the required project from the dropdown. The activities are listed in a chronological order.
