About global view

The global view in Zoho Sprints offers a consolidated repository of data that is from across the application. You can view and monitor all the essential information about your projects and sprints in a well-curated manner. This comes with default views that equip you with in-built filtered views and custom views that enable you to decide the filter criteria according to your requirement.

Default views

Default views are pre-defined views that are meticulously structured based on the various attributes of the modules in your application.

There're two default views. My View and Team view. My view displays data relevant to the individual user and team view displays the data relevant to the user's team.

Custom views

Custom view enables you to pick your preferred criteria to find the data that you want to view. This is a personalized view that you can keep private for individual use or share with other users for collaboration or make public to allow access to all workspace users.

Custom view equips you with the advanced option to create your custom filter criteria to filter and view the data.

Module-based view

The global view supports module-based display of data for work items, epics, releases, meetings, and timesheets.

Module	Views
Work Items	Open Items, Completed Items, Open Bugs, Closed Bugs, Items in Backlog, Created by me, Followed by me, Overdue, and Voted Items.
Sprint	All, Overdue, Active, Upcoming, Completed, and Canceled Sprints.
Epic	Open, Archived, and Recent Epics and Created by me.
Release	All Releases, Overdue Releases, Releases for Today, Releases In progress, Recent Releases, and Created by me.
Timesheet	Timesheets for this Month and Week, Approved, Rejected, Pending, Billable, and Non-Billable Timesheets, Item, Meeting, and General Timesheets, and Timesheets Approved and Rejected by me.
Meeting	Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand up, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Refinement, and Completed Meetings.

Note: You can perform the following actions on the global view:

Customize the columns of the data displayed.
Export the data on a selected view with filters applied. Learn more.
Use advanced filters with quick and custom filter options to filter the data on each view.
Copy the view data to clipboard and paste the copied data on a sheet for further use.
