Latency report
Latency refers to the lack of activity or update in work items. This report enables you to track the total number of inactive days of the work items in your backlog or board.
What this report shows?
This report shows the inactive days and the number of items that have been inactive.
- X-axis shows the number of inactive days.
- Y-axis shows the number of work items that have been inactive.
Insights
- You can view the work items based on the inactive days.
- You can make action plans to reinstate work on those items.
This provides a high level understanding of the items that have been stalled. You can make decisions on whether to expedite work on those items or have them shelved temporarily.
Report table
The table below the report provides you with a summary view of the details plotted on the graph or chart. The table lists the work items and the number of inactive days.
Access lead time trend report
To access the report:
- Go to the kanban project.
- Select the Reports module.
- Select Latency report type.
- Hover over the plotted points to view details.
- Click the plotted points or scroll down to navigate to the detailed table for the report.
You can export the reports in PDF and PNG formats for external use.
You can schedule exports to automate periodic export of the reports. Navigate to the Export History to access the exported files.
