The Bug Viewer for Zoho Sprints provides a centralized view of all bugs that have been added to multiple sprints in a project. Users can view bugs across the project or only those that they are assigned to. The extension also allows users to file a bug directly.
Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.
Click All under Marketplace section. The listing page will appear.
Select Bug Viewer for Zoho Sprints.
Click Install on the following page.
Select the projects and set the accessibility for the users.
Click Install Now.
After the installation, go to the Authorization tab.
Click Authorize to grant access.
The plugin can be accessed from the left panel inside a project.
Open a project.
Navigate to the details page.
Select Bugs the listing. Bug Viewer supports two views.
Project View: Displays all bugs within the project. This is further categorized into 4 distinct views: Open Bugs, Closed Bugs, Recently Reported Bugs, and Recently Fixed Bugs.
My View: Displays bugs assigned to user. This is further categorized into 3 distinct views: Open Bugs, Closed Bugs, and Created by Me.
Hover over a view and click to view more options.
Filter: use criteria to filter bugs
Export: export bugs to an XLS or CSV file
Export History: view the bug export history
Click + Bugs in the upper right corner of the screen.
Enter the details and then click Create.
The extension can be enabled only for specific projects, users, and user profiles.
Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.
Click All under Marketplace section. The listing page will appear.
Select Installed Extensions > General.
Click Specific Projects and select projects.
Select All Projects if you want the extension in all projects.
Select Specific Profiles and Specific Users.
Click Update.
The app can be disabled temporarily.
Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.
Click All under Marketplace section. The listing page will appear.
Select Bug Viewer.
Click Disable.
To uninstall:
Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.
Click All under Marketplace section. The listing page will appear.
Select Bug Viewer.
Click Uninstall.
