Sync Zoho Sprints via Office 365

1. Navigate to  outlook.office.com
   
2. Log into your Office account. 
   
3. Click the Other Actions icon in the upper-left corner. 
   
4. Select  Add-In  and add the  Zoho Sprints  app. 
   
5. Search for Sprints in All Apps .
   
6. Click Zoho Sprints app. 
   
7. Click Continue to configure your Office 365 and Zoho account.
   

• You can enable the integration only if you are the workspace owner.
  
  
  
• If you are a member of Zoho Sprints team and try to sync Zoho Sprints via Office 365 then you'll be redirected to the workspace creation page.
  
  
  
• If you are the workspace owner you will be redirected to your workspace.
  
  
  

Enable Office 365 integration in Zoho Sprints

1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner. The settings window will appear.
   
2. Select Others under Marketplace.
3. Click Configure on the Microsoft Office 365  app.
   
4. Check the privacy statement checkbox. 
   
5. Click Enable.
   

What's next?

 

After you enable the integration, you can import the users from your Office 365 portal to your Zoho Sprints workspace.

Import users from Office 365 

To import users, you will be redirected to the users import section in settings. You can import users and map them to specific projects. 

1. Go to Microsoft Office 365.
   
2. Enable integration. You will be redirected to User Import section.
   
3. Click Import Users.
   
4. Select the projects.
   
5. Choose the Users and  Role. 
   
6. Enable Notify via Email to invite users to your workspace. 
   
7. Click Import Now.
   

• You can import only up to 25 users. 
  
• You can import the users based on your pricing plan. Check out our pricing details here. 

What if the user cannot be imported to the workspace or project?

The user will not be imported to your project if they are not assigned to the project. And, you cannot import the user to your workspace if they aren't assigned to any of the projects.

This integration is not available in the CN region.

Sync Work Items  

1. Go to the Backlog module.
   
2. Click Create Item.
   
3. Fill in the details and click the Add To button.
   
4. Choose MS Office Task / MS Office Calendar based on your preference.
   
5. Click Create.
   

Sync existing work items

1. Go to the Backlog module.
   
2. Click the respective work item.
   
3. Click the Add To button and add the work item to Outlook Task / Outlook Calendar
   

Note:

1. Title, Description, Due Date and attachments will be synced with MS Office Outlook 365
   
2.   Updated and deleted work items/meetings will also be synced with outlook  

Sync Meetings  

1. Navigate to the Meetings module.
   
2. Click Schedule to schedule a meeting.
   
3. Click Add To and choose MS Office Calendar.
   
4. Click Schedule. 
   

Note:  Title, Scheduled Date, Reminder, Participants, Description and Location will be synced with your MS Office 365 account.
