Zoho Sprints Extension for Google Marketplace

Zoho Sprints extension provides a simple solution to manage your work items from your Gmail inbox. Convert your emails into work items with the help of this widget. You can view and edit the contents of the item right there or quickly navigate to Zoho Sprints window. You can also get a quick glimpse of your Sprints project data in the widget window.

Install and access Zoho Sprints widget  

To install widget in Gmail:

  1. Navigate to the Google Marketplace site.

  1. Search and find Zoho Sprints.

  1. Click the Install button.

  1. Select the Gmail account for integration.

  1. Sign in to the account.

  1. Enable the access permission for Sprints.

  1. Open the inbox. The Zoho Sprints widget will be available in the widget menu on the right side.

  1. Click the widget to sign in and access Zoho Sprints.

Manage emails and work items  

Easily transform your emails into work items. You can add the details in the emails as specifics of the work items, files in the emails as attachments to the work items, the email content as a file in the item, and edit the item from your gmail inbox.
 

Convert emails into items  

To convert emails into work items:

  1. Sign into to your Gmail account.

  1. Open the required email.

  1. Click on the Zoho Sprints icon on the widget menu.

  1. Select the project to which the item needs to be added.

  1. Select email subject line as item name or enter a new name.

  1. Enter details like item status, priority, estimation, etc.
    Note: The email content by default becomes the description of the item. You can modify it.

  2. Click the Submit button. The email is added as an item in the selected project. You can view and manage it within the widget window.
