1. Add Zoho Sprints workspace to Zoho DAP to allow integration between the two applications.
   
2. Add admin and users to implement access control to the content created and published through DAP.
   
3. Create in-product assistance materials like walkthroughs, videos, and banners.
   
4. Publish the content.
   
5. Employ web banners and help hubs as content distribution channels to present published material.
   

Manage workspace

Add Zoho Sprints workspace to Zoho DAP

1. Login to Zoho Dap.
2. Click the gear icon at the left bottom corner. The Settings window will appear.
   
3. Select Workspace Management.
   
4. Click the Add New Workspace button. The supported products list will appear.
   
5. Select Zoho Sprints.
   
6. Select your workspace. The selected workspace is now ready to have content published.
   
   

Manage users

1. Managers: Users responsible for owning, validating and publishing the content in DAP.
   
2. Collaborators: Users responsible for contributing to the content creation and management process.
   
3. Consumers: Users who will consume the published help material in Zoho Sprints.
   

Add managers

Note:

The workspace owner in Zoho Sprints will automatically be listed as the manager in Zoho DAP.

1. Navigate to the Settings page in DAP.
   
2. Select User Management.
   
3. Click the Add Manager button under the Manager tab.
   
4. Select one of the following options:
   
1. Add all product admins: Adds all existing Zoho Sprints users in Admin profile as DAP admins.
   
2. Add admin manually: Enter the email address of users and click Add.
   

Add collaborators     

Note: Collaborators can only create and edit the content in DAP but will not have the permission to publish it.

1. Navigate to the Settings page in DAP.
   
2. Select User Management.
   
3. Click the Add Collaborators button under Collaborators tab.
   
4. Select one of the following options:
   
1. Add users from specific roles: Adds users mapped to the selected workspace as collaborators.
   
2. Add collaborator manually: Enter the email address of users and click Add.
   

Add consumers     

Note: Consumers can only view the published content in Zoho Sprints.

1. Navigate to the Settings page in DAP.
   
2. Select User Management.
   
3. Click the Add Consumer button under the Consumer tab.
   
4. Click Add all users.
   
5. Click Done.
   

Create assistance materials

Create banner

1. Select Banner under Web Studio in the left panel.
   
2. Click the Create Web Banner button.
   
3. Build the elements of the banner from scratch or use the templates to design the same.
   
4. Add the required text and button names.
   
5. Click the button element to edit it.
   
6. Select one of the following to define the Button Action.
   
1. Walkthrough
   
2. Interactive Video
   
3. Guide
   
4. Web URL
   
7. Select the required assistance material that needs to be launched.
   
8. Click Save.
   
9. Specify the Banner Name and the Banner Objective.
   
10. Click the Save button.
    

1. Click the Verify button to finalize the banner. The banner verification window will appear.
   
   
2. Click Proceed. The preview of the banner will appear.
   
3. Verify the preview and click the Verify button. Verification will be complete.
   
4. Click the Go Live button to publish the verified banner.
   

Note: Click the Open button to edit the banner.

Create walkthroughs

1. Go to the Walkthrough section under Web Studio in the left panel.
   
2. Click the Create New Walkthrough button.
   
3. Install the DAP browser extension from the prompt.
   
1. The installation is prompted only the first time you create content through DAP.
   
2. This extension is supported only in Google Chrome, Brave and Ulaa.
   
4. Click Install and Add the extension to Chrome.
   
5. Navigate to DAP and click the Finish button.
   
6. Click Redirect to open Zoho Sprints.
   
7. Click the + Add Step button.
   
   
8. Select a required UI element for which the step must be explained.
   
9. Enter heading and description for the step.
   
10. Configure the Next and Quit buttons.
    
11. Choose the navigation option.
    
12. Users can customize and choose target element preference each step from the right panel to fine tune the content.
    
13. Click the + Add Step button to add subsequent steps.
    
14. Click Review and Save once all steps for the walkthrough are added.
    
15. Click Proceed to Save after review is complete.
    
16. Enter the Flow Name, the Objective, and the Flow Starting Page Name
    
17. Click the Save button.
    

1. Click the Verify button on the drafted walkthrough.
   
   
2. Click Proceed to view the associated Zoho Sprints page.
   
3. Click the Verify and Proceed button to launch the walkthrough on the product page. Verify that all selected elements are correctly associated and each step carries appropriate content.
   
4. Click the Verify button to complete verification.
   
   
5. Click the Go Live button to publish the walkthrough. 

Create interactive videos  

1. Go to the Interactive Video section under Web Studio in the left panel.
   
   
2. Click the Create New Interactive Video button. A recording confirmation pop-up will appear.
   
   
3. Click the Start Recording button. You will be redirected to Zoho Sprints screen and the screen recording begins.
   
4. Perform the actions that need to be captured. The recording stops automatically after 2 minutes.
   
5. After the recording is completed, the video is processed and a preview of the recording will appear.
   
6. Provide the Video Name and Objective.
   
7. Click Edit to modify the voice-overs and tooltips.
   
8. Click the Save button.
   

1. Go to the Interactive Video section under Web Studio. The listing page will appear.
   
2. Click the Verify button to check the video.
   
3. Click the Go Live to publish the interactive video.
   
4. Incorporate the live video into the Zoho Sprints screen through banners or help hubs.
   

1. Note: Click the Open button to edit the video.
   

Create Guides 

1. Go to Guide under the Web Studio section in the left panel.
   
   
2. Click the Create New Guide button. The redirection pop-up window will appear.
   
3. Click Redirect to launch the Zoho Sprints product window.
   
4. Click the Start Capturing button to start recording the steps.
   
5. Perform the actions that need to be documented.
   
1. Note: Throughout the recording DAP automatically generates the documentation with screenshots in the preview panel on the right.
   
6. Pause capturing when required.
   
7. Click the Finish Capturing button after all the steps are recorded. The DAP window will appear.
   
8. Review the captured steps in the summary screen.
   
9. Click the Save button.
   
1. Note: Click Edit to modify the slides.
   
10. Enter the Guide Name and Objective.
    
11. Click the Save button.
    

1. Go to the Guide section under Web Studio in the left panel.
   
2. Click the Verify button on the guide listing page.
   
3. Click the Proceed button to open the associated Zoho Sprints window.
   
4. Review the guide alongside the product screens for confirmation.
   
5. Click the Verify to complete verification.
   
6. Click the Go Live button to publish the guide.
   

Note: Use the Web Banners or Help Hub to float this content in Zoho Sprints.

Create Help Hub  

1. Go to the Help Hub under the Web Studio in the left panel.
   
2. Click the Create Help Hub button.
   
3. Enter the Help Hub Name.
   
4. Paste the Page link to specify where the Help Hub should feature.
   
5. Select the content sharing preferences:
   
1. Individual Content Sharing: Apply sharing criteria for each content
   
2. Customize Content Sharing: Apply sharing criteria to all the content
   
6. Click the Continue button. The Add Content window will be enabled.
   
7. Click the + Add Content button.
   
8. Enter the Display Name.
   
9. Select the Content Type and the required content.
   
10. Click + Add Content to include additional items.
    
11. Click the Save button.
    
12. Enter Help Hub Name and Objective.
    
13. Click the Save button.
    

1. Click the Verify button on the Help Hub to verify the context.
   
2. Click the Go Live button to publish the help Hub in Zoho Sprints
   

Note: Click the Open button to edit the Help Hub.
