Zoho Meeting Integration
Conveying information effectively is one of the key reasons for a well-organized business. Personal interactions are the best way to pass on information. However, when circumstances make it impossible to have direct face-to-face meetings, virtual meetings come handy. Zoho Sprints integrates with Zoho Meeting to let you conduct and track virtual online meetings.
Enable integration
- Click the gear icon at the top-right. The Settings window will appear.
- Select Zoho Apps under Marketplace.
- Click Associate in the Zoho Meeting. The account will be associated.
Note: Only Workspace Owners can enable the integration.
Ray works for the ABC company and he is out of the country to close an important sales deal with his team-mates. His manager calls for an update on third quarter deals. Since their Sprints account is already integrated with Zoho Meeting, they set up a virtual meeting. Ray and his team can attend it virtual.

- You can conduct remote sessions from any part of the globe.
- You can conduct presentations and record them for reference.
- You can view the chat transcripts for reference.
- You can also invite external users to your meeting.
To create an online meeting
- Go to Meetings module.
- Click the Schedule button.
- Select Online Meeting.
- Enter meeting details.
- Click Schedule.
This meeting will automatically be created in Zoho Meetings as well. You can also create meetings from the Sprint Details, Board, Release and Item Details. Any edits made in Zoho Sprints will get updated in Zoho Meeting and vice versa.
Start online meeting
To start an online meeting:
- Go to the Meeting module.
- Select Upcoming meetings.
- Click Start.
- Choose your preferred audio options and click Start Meeting.
To end an online meeting, click Exit followed by End Meeting to exit the meeting window.
If you'd like to conduct several sessions of the same meeting, just hit the Restart button.
Note: You cannot restart the meeting after the scheduled time has passed.
Meeting Details
If you wish to add a few more points to the meeting, you can add them as comments. You can also add attachments along with those comments. These comments can also be converted into work items.
These comments can be edited and deleted.
Delete a meeting
- Go to Meeting module.
- Select the detail meeting. The details page will appear.
- Click delete icon on the right menu bar.

The meeting will be deleted only in Zoho Sprints and not in Zoho Meeting.

When you change the team owner and if he is not an Admin in the configured Zoho Meeting org, then the Zoho Meeting integration will be disabled temporarily. You can enable again by adding the new team owner in the configured org or dissociate and enable the new org.

If the meeting is deleted in Zoho Meeting, the online meeting gets converted to offline in Zoho Sprints.

A Zoho Meeting user alone can create and edit online meetings and view session details.

The integration will be enabled default for trial activated accounts and accounts in Zoho One plan.
