Zoho Notebook is a professional, cloud-based note-taking software. It comprises of Note Cards that come with built-in templates for recording various formats of information. Zoho Sprints now enables you to integrate with this application for you to have an informal documentation tool.

Add and view notes to your work items to share ideas, objectives, or critical information. For instance, if you have a user story for a customer requirement and you have certain limitations associated with achieving that requirement, you can list those limitations as pointers for the reference of the members involved in that work item. You might have detailed insights in documents, but incorporating these crisp pointers as note cards will greatly benefit your team. Access your note cards from Sprints and Meetings board.

Manage Zoho Notebook Integration

• Install Zoho Notebook extension

• Add notes

• Uninstall extension 

Install Zoho Notebook Extension  

To install Notebook extension:

1. Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.

2. Select All under Marketplace apps.

3. Search for Zoho Notebook for Zoho Sprints.

4. Click Install.

5. Verify your details.

6. Click Install.

7. Select the Profiles, Projects, and Users in the General Section to give access to the extension.

8. Agree to the terms of use.

9. Click Save Changes.

Add a note  

To add note:

1. Go to the required project.

2. Click on Zoho Notebook icon listed on the right side bar.

3. Select an option to write notes, add files, upload images, or create a checklist.

4. View your notes from the extension section.

Note: You can also view the Zoho Notebook extension as Web Tab. Sign in to Zoho Sprints and select Web Tab from the left navigation panel.

Uninstall the extension  

1. Click the gear icon at the top-right. The settings window will appear.

2. Select All under Marketplace apps.

3. Search for Zoho Notebook for Zoho Sprints.

4. Click Uninstall. The integration will be removed.
