Zoho Sprints mobile app is now available for Android mobiles. If you're an Android user you can download the app and manage your projects and sprints in just a tap.
Requirements: Android 4.1 and above
Install from play store
- Go to your Play Store.
- Type Zoho Sprints.
- Install the app to your device.
Sign in
- Tap the Sprints app from your Android.
- Tap Sign In.
- Type your Email Address and Password.
- After the warming up, you will be redirected to your team.
Select project
You can select a particular project from your team and access them in a tap.
- Tap the other actions icon in the upper-left corner.
- Type the project in the search box or fetch the project from the list of project groups.
- Tap the project to access it.
You will find the five tabs at the bottom tray which you can tap to perform the actions in a tap.
a. Choose your team.
b. Search for particular projects.
c. Configure your settings.
d. Send instant feedback.
You can turn on or off the notifications right from your settings screen.
Add work items
- Tap Backlog or Sprint from the bottom tray.
- Tap + in the bottom-right corner.
- Type the item details in the form.
- Tap the tick icon in the upper-right corner to save the item.
View item details
- Tap Backlog or Sprint from the bottom tray.
- Tap the particular item.
- Tap the other actions icon in the right corner to view the item details.
Add subitems
- Tap Backlog or Sprint from the bottom tray.
- Tap the particular item.
- Tap + next to the subitem.
- Type the item details and hit the tick icon in the upper-right corner.
- Tap Backlog or Sprint from the bottom tray.
- Tap the particular item.
- Tap + next to the Comments .
- Type the comments and tap the enter icon.
Tap the other actions icon next to your comment and click Edit Comment or Delete Comment to edit or delete the comment.
Feed
Start discussions with your team members, collaborate with them, and receive instant notifications on latest updates in your project using feeds.
Start sprint
- Tap Sprints from the bottom tray.
- Select an active sprint from the drop-down.
- Tap the i icon from the upper-left corner next to the drop-down.
- Tap Start Sprint .
Once you start a sprint, you will be redirected to the Board .
Move items across status
Once you start a sprint, you will be redirected to the board view. Here you can move the work items across the status as and when they progress. This way you can track the items in the respective status and allocate resources for the upcoming sprints respectively.
- Tap Board from the bottom tray.
- Tap a work item, drag and drop it across the status.
Reports
You can track the progress of your work in Reports . Using reports, the team can evaluate the progress of the team and can track the sprint that's performing well and the sprint that needs resources to work better.
- Velocity chart is visible only for the closed sprints and using this chart you can calculate the committed and completed estimation points to determine the average velocity of your project.
- Burndown chart is used to track the pending estimation points on a daily basis.
- Burnup chart is used to track the completed estimation points on a daily basis.
Tap the chart and click the drop-down at the top to select the sprint from your project.
Users
You can view all the project right here. Tap the users from the bottom tray and view all the users in the project.
