Activity reminder

The activity reminder enables a user to configure scheduled emails that include the list of assigned, unassigned work items, or pending work items (that are in To-do and In-progress status) to the user's email address. The list of work items is sent in html format. It provides a comprehensive idea of the items.

To set activity reminder for items:

Click the gear icon in the top right corner. The settings window will appear.
Select Activity Reminder under Personal Settings.
Click the Enable button.
Go to the Assigned, Unassigned, or Pending Work items section.
Select the Frequency at which the emails need to be sent.

Daily - You need to set the time for the email to be triggered
Weekly - You need to set the day and time for the email to be triggered
Monthly - You need to set the date or day and the time for the email to be triggered

Click the Update button. Your settings are updated and you will receive the email according to your settings.

Click the Disable button to disable notifications.
The work items will be available as an HTML attachment in the email. You need to download to view the contents of the file.
