Email notifications

Zoho Sprints allows you to set up personalized notifications that are sent to your email address. You can enable email notifications to be triggered at the event of the actions listed here. You can ensure to receive notifications for work items you created or you follow, or you're the assignee or the sprint owner. This provides you with a system to be personally notified about updates to that you can be on track of the activities. 


Email notifications can be enabled for the given actions based on the association of the item or comment to the user. The notification can be triggered at the event of the following actions:
  1. Create item
  2. Update item
  3. Delete item
  4. Move item
  5. Complete item
  6. Reopen item
  7. Add comment
  8. Update comment
  9. Delete comment

Enable notifications

To enable notifications:
  1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner. The settings window will appear.
  2. Select Email Notifications under Personal Settings.
  3. Click the toggle switch to enable triggering emails for a particular action.
  4. Click to select or unselect trigger events.
  5. Click the Update button.

Schedule summarized email notifications

Get scheduled emails with a summary of all the updates that occurred within the stipulated timeframe.

To set up frequency:
  1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner. The settings window will appear.
  2. Select Email Notifications under Personal Settings.
  3. Set the email notifications for the preferred updates.
  4. Go to the Summarized Email section.
  5. Select preferred frequency.
  6. Click the Update button. You will get summarized email notifications during the defined intervals.
