Project configurations
Define project level configuration to standardize your project management parameters.
To configure settings:
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to navigate to the Settings page.
- Go to Project Configuration section under Project Settings.
- Select the required project.
- Modify the prefix.
- Select an estimation type. The estimation type helps you create a standard point system to quantify the effort that each work item requires. There are two options: Fibonacci or Custom series. Learn more
- Fibonacci series: Fibonacci series is a mathematical sequence of numbers that is widely used as a quantifying parameter to measure work.
- Custom series: Create a custom series of numbers to define your own measuring system for work items.
- Click the Update button to save changes.
Project prefix creates a project identity and is crucial to identifying work items in that project.You can set up to 15 values.
