To view and organize the project templates, Zoho Sprints has search, filters, and views. Utilize these actions to handle your project templates efficiently.
Access template
To open or access a project template:
- Go to the all projects tab.
- Select template project folder. The project templates will be listed as cards or list.

- Click the required project. The project backlog will appear.
- You can view the template project by owners or search by template name.
- You can apply advanced filters to find specific templates. Learn more.
- You can reorganize the display of templates using the grid and list views.
Delete project template
To delete a project template:
- Go to the all projects tab.
- Select Template folder
- Hover on the project card. The View Details link will appear.
- Click the View Details link. The details page will appear.

- Click the Delete icon in the right menu bar. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
- Click the Delete button.
All details stored in the project will be deleted. The deleted project will be available in the recycle bin for a period of 15 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Export template
You can export the template data in an xls or csv file and download it to use outside of the application. This can be used to transform data from Zoho Sprints into a file that you can process in third party apps or other in-house devices.
You can apply filters to export select data.
You can access the exported file in Export History.
To export project:
- Go to the all projects tab.
- Select the template folder and view for the projects to be exported.
- Click the ellipsis icon at the top. The projects menu will appear.

- Select Export. The Export Filter will appear.
- Select the required file format.
- Define grouping if necessary.
- Select the fields that need to be exported.
- Specific Recurrence Type to set up scheduled exports.
- Enable Header to assign the field names as headers for the columns.
- Select the filters that need to be applied or create custom filters. Learn more.
- Click the Apply & Export button. The export will be initiated.
- Click the ellipsis icon and select Export History in the projects menu. The exported file will be available in the Completed Export tab. Click the file to download.
