Risk and opportunity dashboard

Dashboards are an integral part of Zoho Sprints. They help provide a birds-eye view of the overall completion of work, track progress through multiple indicators, and identify problem areas using the insight from the available data.



View risk and opportunity dashboards

To view the risk and opportunity dashboards:
  1. Login into your Zoho Sprints workspace.
  2. Select Risks & Opportunities on the left navigation panel.
  3. Select the Dashboard tab available at the top. The All view for consolidated charts of risks and opportunities will appear.
  4. Select Risk or Opportunity tab to view the relevant dashboard.

Types of charts

The different charts offer collective and separate data for risks and opportunities.

  1. Track the overall completion percentage of the registered risks and opportunities
  2. View the completed, remaining, and total count.

Note:
  1. When risk or opportunity matrix in updated in the settings page, the modified class on the dashboard matrix includes an info icon to indicate that the risk or opportunity matrix combinations were updated.
  2. Click the data to view the preview risks or opportunities associated with that class.
