Zoho Sprints Data Deletion Process

Delete Sprints Workspace 

You can delete your Zoho Sprints workspace. When you delete the Sprints workspace, PII data will be deleted immediately and the team will be scheduled for the data cleanup process and it cannot be recovered. 

Inactive workspace cleanup process

If the Sprints workspace is in free plan and inactive, then the following cleanup process will be initiated:
  1. A Zoho Sprints workspace is automatically marked as inactive 60 days after the last activity. The admin will receive an email notification along with a link to take backup of the Sprints workspace. Alternatively, admin can also activate the workspace by accessing the workspace in Zoho Sprints.

  2. If no action is taken within 30 days of receipt of the first email, a 2nd reminder with a link to take a backup of your Sprints workspace will be sent. Again, the admin can activate the team by accessing the workspace in Zoho Sprints.

  3. If no action is taken within 30 days after the receipt of the 2nd email, PII data will be deleted immediately and the Zoho Sprints workspace will be scheduled for the data cleanup process and it cannot be recovered.
