How to contact support?
Hope you have an idea on how Zoho Sprints benefits in delivering your business goals in an organized and effective way. While working if you come across any issues feel free to mail your queries to us. User belonging to EU DC can write to support@eu.zohosprints.com and user from other DCs can write to support@zohosprints.com. You also have the option to directly submit your query right from our product.
To add a support ticket from the product:
- Click the Need Help
icon at the bottom tray. A list of help options will appear.
- Select Support. The Add ticket form will appear.
- Enter details and submit. Our support representative will get back to assist you.
Product tour: You can quickly run through the features in a particular screen with our page tour. Click 
icon to view the tour.
Live chat: You can start a live chat with one of our representatives. Click the Live Chat option. A chat window will appear. Type your query and hit enter. A representative will get back to you.
