Looking to upgrade your plan? Here are the simple steps that you can get your work done in less than five minutes.

Upgrade your plan
- Go to your account on the top right corner and click Subscription.

- Click Show Features & Add-Ons to see what each plan offers

- Click Upgrade under the preferred plan.
- Choose Yearly or Monthly based on your preference.

- Enter the number of users required.
- Fill in the ADD-ONS if required.
- Enter the Billing Details in the following screen and click Proceed .

- Click Calculate Tax for tax calculation and click Make Payment when you get the final amount.
Upgrade Add-Ons
- Go to your account on the top right corner and click Subscription.
- Click Upgrade Add-Ons.
- Enter the details and click Proceed.
Update Payment details
- Go to your account on the top right corner and click Subscription.
- Click Change Payment Method.
- Choose your payment option and make the changes.
- Click Update.
Update Billing Address
- Go to your account on the top right corner and click Subscription.
- Click Change Address.
- Go to Billing Address & Other Info and click Change to edit.
- Click Update when you're done.
View transaction details
You can view your payment history and download the invoices from Zoho Sprints.
- Go to your account on the top right corner and click Subscription.
- Click Payment History.
- Select Your Store Details and click Transaction Details. (or) Select Payment History in Recurring On.
- View all the payment details and you can also download the PDF of the required invoice in the Invoice column.
Switch from monthly to yearly subscription
You can switch from monthly subscription to yearly subscription.
- Go to your account on the top right corner and click Subscription. Your subscription details will appear.

- Click Move to yearly under the Next Payment section. Your subscription will be moved to yearly.
