Set work hours for users in the Workspace

1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to navigate to the Settings page.
   
2. Select Workspace Users under Manage Users.
   
3. Create a new user and add the Work Hours for the user in the Work Hours field.
   
4. Click Add User.
   

1. Add Work Hours for the users in the respective columns.
   
2. Click Save.
   

Note:

Only the workspace owner can set work hours for users.

Set work hours for users in Project

1. Navigate to a project.
   
2. Hover near the project name to click the View Details button.
   
3. In the Project Details page, switch to the Project Users tab.
   
4. Switch to the Sheet View.
   
5. Add Work Hours for the users in the respective column.
   
6. Click Save.
   

Note:

1. Workspace owner, admin, and project owner will be able to set work hours for users in Project.
   
2. If work hours are already set for users in the Workspace, the project will automatically use those work hours. However, if specific work hours are set for users within the project, those will override the Workspace settings.
   

Set work hours for users in the Work item

1. Navigate to a project.
   
2. Go to the respective work item.
   
3. Scroll down to the Work Hours field and click Set Work Hours.
   
4. Set the work hours for the users.
   
5. Click Save. 

Note:

1. Users with item add or edit permission can update the work hours in the item.
   
2. When work hours are set at the Workspace or Project level, they will automatically apply to items within them. If you prefer to set specific work hours for an individual item, you can manually update them.
   

1. Total Work hours: Set the total number of work hours for each user involved in the work item.
   
2. Work hours per day: Set the work hours per day for each user involved in the work item. The system will automatically calculate the total number of work hours based on the Start date and End date. 
   
3. Work hours % per day: Set work hours in percentage for one day, and the system will automatically convert it to hours and show it in the Work Hours field.
