How do I update my brand's currency details?
- To proceed, ensure that the base currency is first configured in your store or website settings.
- Once this is completed, log in to the Zoho Thrive console. Click the Settings icon located in the top-right corner and select Company Details -> Edit.
- In this section, update the Currency field as required and click Save to finalize the changes.
For other e-commerce platforms
- Similarly, to proceed, please ensure that the base currency is first configured in your store or website settings.
- Once this is done, log in to the Zoho Thrive console. Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner and navigate to Store Integrations.
- Select the connected platform and click View Details.
- In the pop-up window, click Sync to update the currency details.
