How do I update my brand's currency details?
For custom-built website
To proceed, ensure that the base currency is first configured in your store or website settings.
Once this is completed, log in to the Zoho Thrive console. Click the Settings icon located in the top-right corner and select Company Details -> Edit.
In this section, update the Currency field as required and click Save to finalize the changes.
For other e-commerce platforms
Similarly, to proceed, please ensure that the base currency is first configured in your store or website settings.
Once this is done, log in to the Zoho Thrive console. Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner and navigate to Store Integrations.
Select the connected platform and click View Details.
In the pop-up window, click Sync to update the currency details.
