Is it possible to track referrals who sign up using incognito mode?

Zoho Thrive will not be able to track any referral signup that happens via:

Incognito mode.

A browser that has extensions that are designed to block third-party cookies.

A browser that has any other configurations set up to avoid third-party cookie tracking.

Therefore, referrals who sign up using this mode will be considered a "direct customer" of your store or website, and the customer who referred them (using the Refer a Friend/Referral Purchase tasks, respectively) will not receive any rewards for their action.
