Where can I find the order ID to add a purchase?
You can find the Order ID by following the steps in this article.
For a Zoho Commerce store
- Go to your store’s Dashboard in Zoho Commerce.
- Click Orders in the navigation panel.
- Select the order that you want to attribute, copy the Order Number.
- Paste the Customer Order in the respective field inside Zoho Thrive.

For a Shopify store
- Go to your store’s Dashboard in Shopify.
- Click Orders in the navigation panel.
- From the list of orders, pick the order that you wish to attribute to the referral
- Open the respective order record.
- In the detailed view page, copy the Order Number visible on the page URL (View image below.)
- Paste the Order Number in the respective field inside Zoho Thrive.

For a Wix site
- Go to your site’s Dashboard in Wix.
- Navigate to Sales -> Orders in the navigation panel.
- From the list of orders, pick the order that you wish to attribute to the referral
- Open the respective order record.
- In the detailed view page, copy the Order Number visible on the page URL (View image below.)
- Paste the Order Number in the respective field inside Zoho Thrive.
