Where can I find the order ID to add a purchase?

You can find the Order ID by following the steps in this article.

For a Zoho Commerce store

  1. Go to your store’s Dashboard in Zoho Commerce.
  2. Click Orders in the navigation panel.
  3. Select the order that you want to attribute, copy the Order Number.
  4. Paste the Customer Order in the respective field inside Zoho Thrive.

For a Shopify store

  1. Go to your store’s Dashboard in Shopify.
  2. Click Orders in the navigation panel.
  3. From the list of orders, pick the order that you wish to attribute to the referral
  4. Open the respective order record.
  5. In the detailed view page, copy the Order Number visible on the page URL (View image below.)
  6. Paste the Order Number in the respective field inside Zoho Thrive.

    Order Details in Shopify

For a Wix site

  1. Go to your site’s Dashboard in Wix.
  2. Navigate to Sales -> Orders in the navigation panel.
  3. From the list of orders, pick the order that you wish to attribute to the referral
  4. Open the respective order record.
  5. In the detailed view page, copy the Order Number visible on the page URL (View image below.)
  6. Paste the Order Number in the respective field inside Zoho Thrive.
