Where can I find the customer ID to add a signup?

You can find the Customer ID by following the steps in this article.

For a Zoho Commerce store

  1. Go to your store’s Dashboard in Zoho Commerce.
  2. Click Settings in the navigation panel.
  3. Under General settings, click Customers.
  4. From the list of customers, pick the customer whom you wish to attribute.
  5. Click on the respective customer record.
  6. Copy the Customer ID visible on the page URL (View image below.)
  7. Paste it in the respective field inside Zoho Thrive.

For a Shopify store

  1. Go to your store’s Dashboard in Shopify.
  2. Click Settings in the navigation panel.
  3. Under General settings, click Customers.
  4. From the list of customers, pick the customer whom you wish to attribute.
  5. Click on the respective customer record.
  6. Copy the Customer ID visible on the page URL (view image below.)
  7. Paste the Customer ID in the respective field inside Zoho Thrive.

    Customer Details in Shopify

For a Wix site

  1. Go to your site’s Dashboard in Wix.
  2. Click Contacts > Contacts in the navigation panel.
  3. From the list of contacts, pick the contact that you wish to attribute.
  4. View the respective customer record.
  5. In the detailed view page, copy the Customer ID visible on the page URL (view image below.)
  6. Paste the Customer ID in the respective field inside Zoho Thrive.
